By downloading or using the Pinax application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You agree to use Pinax only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.

You retain ownership of all quotes and content you save in Pinax. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will never share it publicly without your permission.

The Pinax name, logo, design, and all original code are the intellectual property of the Pinax team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Pinax is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Pinax team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account).

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
